Preconditions

The registered user is logged in.
The page 'UBS Courier' is opened.
A location has been selected: 'Київ, Київська область'.
User have chosen services from the 'Деталі замовлення' page.
The second page 'Особисті дані' is opened.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to 'Адреса вивезення відходів'.
2. Click on link 'Додати адресу'.
3. Enter city; 'Ірпінь'.
4. Enter valid data in the 'Вулиця' field.
5. Select Irpin in the 'Район' field.
6. Enter valid data in the 'Будинок' field.
7. Click on the 'Додати адресу' button.

Actual result
An error occurs when trying to select the added address in 'Ірпінь': "Немає доступних адрес для обраного тарифу. Змініть тариф або додайте адресу"

Expected result
After pressing the radio button to select the city of 'Ірпінь' for 'Адреса вивезення відходів', a successful selection of this city is expected without errors or limitations.
