[Pick up city_Sign in] Scroll-bar is not appeared after page resizing

Environment: OS Windows 10 Home, browser Chrome, Version 125.0.6422.142 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Reproducible: always.
Build found: 10.06.2024.

Preconditions
Go to the link https://www.pick-up.city/#/ubs.
The user is logged out.

Steps to reproduce
Scenario 1:

1. Click on 'Увійти' button.
2. Resize the page to 200%.
3. Observe the 'Sign in' modal window.

Scenario 2:

1. Click on 'Увійти' button.
2. Minimize the browser page.
3. Observe the 'Sign in' modal window.

Actual result
The modal window is cropped and there is no scroll bar.

Expected result
The scroll bar should be present on the “Sign-in” modal window.

Postconditions
Return the size of the browser window to standard mode.
