Edit "Нормативно-правові акти" as a tech admin

As a user I want to be able to edit "Нормативно-правові акти" so that I can fill out the content and edit it.

Precondition
A user is logged in as tech admin.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. On user dropdown menu select "Адміністрування"

  2. On the "Портал" select "Нормативно-правові акти" and then select "Редагувати"

  3. Edit the content of the section

  4. Select "Зберегти" to save the changes / Select "Скасувати" to cancel the changes

  5. Once the information is saved the info pop-up appears and the updates are published
