2. Authorize as a parent;
3. The parent must have a verified email address.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the "Personal information" page.
2. Select English localization.
3. Fill in the "Old email" and "New email" fields.
4. Click on the "Save" or "Cancel" button.
5. Pay attention to the localization of the page.

Actual result
The localization on the page changes after clicking the "Save" or "Cancel" button.

Expected result
The localization on the page corresponds to the localization chosen by the user.
