Ministry Admin uploads data of "надавачів послуг "into the portal

As a user, I want to upload data of «надавачі послуг» as a file, so that I can see the report on the portal online.

Preconditions:
A user must be logged in as Адміністратор Міністерства and is in «Портал» and is in the "Заклади" section

Description:
The report can be downloaded in one of the available options (CVS, XLSX).
Number of Надавачі послуг by one download – up to 50 - 100 rows.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. On the page, Select the «Завантажити файлом» button.

  2. On the dialog box choose CVS, XLSX file on your drive and select «Відкрити»

  3. Once the file is selected and is loading to the portal, the user sees the Loading file animation on the portal page.

  4. See the success pop-up if the upload is successful on the server.

  5. The table with all the uploaded data shows up on the page.

OR

  1. See the Error pop-up if the upload is not successful on the server, the message says the reason for the problem.

  2. Close the pop-up and try to upload again following steps 1-4.
