Issue with storing DATETIME in EventOccurrences table

  1. Looks like comment in scrips 'Use UTC time' for fields EventStart and EventFinish does not correspond to reality.
  2. To do remove comment and create converter with local machine time shifting.
  3. Add logic to user for storing time zone.
