satosa-saml2spid docker image not linked in dockerfile

In the dockerfile, at line 54, the url of pre built satosa-saml2spid is commented.
Someone can ne not need to build a new image :)

Yes, it is intended only for the Release Candidate, for the final release we'll comment those about the build and only use the official build
