nginx folder from Docker-compose to docker-example

The files in this folder are used to customize the Nginx configuration (certificates, templates, uwsgi conf).
Maybe it would be more useful to have it in docker-example (moving the one with the example files to /example) and not in Docker-compose.
Hi @francesco-filicetti , in PR #152 I'm tidying up some parts of the project.
The satosa-nginx service is configured with as a standard virtual host, default.conf, and I think that old example file can be removed.
Also the docs can be moved to docs directory.
Only uwsgy.ini is required but can go out from uwsgy_setup directory and we can delete the directory.
