[Jupyter]: Jupyter does not starts

Subject of the issue

When you click on "Start my server" button, the system displays an error

Your environment

Google Chrome | 65.0.3325.181 (Build ufficiale) (a 64 bit)

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Jupyter
2. Click on "Scegli" button when the message "Stai per essere renidirizzato nell'applicazione Jupiter" appear on the top screen
3. Click on "Start My Server" button in order to activate Jupyter instance.

Expected behaviour

I should see the jupyter notebook screen

Actual behaviour

500 : Internal Server Error. Please see the screenshot attached.
