Create a Docker that exposes a triple store

Create a SPARQL endpoint (such as Blazegraph, used by Wikidata, or Virtuoso, used by the European Data Portal and DBpedia) as a service that exposes a front-end too like YASGUI or similar . The SPARQL endpoint will allow us to query the Linked Open Data of the Public Administrations. It could be accessed via http://dati.gov.it/sparq for instance. In addition you can add a few things to make querying easier, even integrating with the work on data visualization.
