Vote data is not carrying over from messages when bumping.

Replication

  1. Start a poll
  2. Vote in the poll
  3. Bump the message
  4. Don't interact with the new message
  5. Close the poll from the new message
    Expect: Vote data should match old message
    Actual: Vote data shows zeros around the board
