help does not show content

The content is shown after opening the HelpViewer for the first time.
When the HelpViewer is opened the second time, the HelpViewer does not show the content.
Observed for Qt >=5.14

deleted DeleteOnClose for HelpViewer because the content was not shown after reopening the HelpViewer fix #169
