I'll need to remove a version to keep the list manageable. Out of
docker-mc-proxy/.github/workflows/build.yml
Lines 19 to 22 in a201fe2
perhaps I could remove and deprecate java11?

Well, now it took me so long to get to this. Want me to add Java 24 rather than Java 23?
