Educational forms should not be editable

Educational forms such as knowledge check, OSCEs, and BMV should not be editable once submitted whereas clinical documents such Delivery checklist and others should remain in current way i.e., editable form. This issue cannot be done as desired from DHIS2 side, so we have to do it from the app side.

Please code to hide/disable the educational forms ie., knowledge check, BMV, OSCEs in the mobile app side so that RAs won't be able to edit them after completion of the forms
