File number is incosistent with Lecture numbering

The result file began with "1.0 1-1 ...bla-bla-name.mp4"
The download put 1.0 automatically buit the Lecture already has 1-1 in the name.

Your title about numbering inconsistency is not consistent with your description about redundancy.
These are tow different issues, but I suspect that the reason is the same: it depends on how well formatted the HTML page is.
For the course I just downloaded "Useful Genetics I", there is no such issue.
