incorrect dashboard URL for SnoopEE

Docker image ivargrimstad/snoopee-service:2.0.0-SNAPSHOT opens up the URL with no problem:

http://localhost:8081/snoop-service

but it should be

http://localhost:8081/snoopee-service

This has been fixed by later snapshots
