Description:

When changing AntiTracker lists while connected, but with AntiTracker disabled, the app asks to reconnect.

Expected result:

The app should ask to reconnect when changing AntiTracker lists, ONLY if AntiTracker is enabled.

Steps:

  1. Install version 2.10.1.
  2. Login.
  3. Connect to the VPN.
  4. Access the AntiTracker settings.
  5. Change the AntiTracker list.
  6. Observe the issue.

Verified fixed on 2.11.0 (15), the app only asks to reconnect when changing AntiTracker lists, if AntiTracker is enabled.
