First of all, thank you so much for such a nice project. secondly, I wonder if there are any plans to add Time delay lockout to prevent brute force (credentials, TOTP, email validation) feature any time soon.

I have no immediate plans for implementing this, as this project is no longer at the top of my priority list. I think I may come back to it when actix 4 is released to do the necessary migration work (and then I might stick around a bit to implement some of the missing features).

That being said, if that's something you're interested in implementing, I'd be happy to accept a PR for it.
