Add rank colors and rank badges in chat, just like currently implemented for Admin, for all ranks
Ranks:
- Admin (NamedTextColor.RED)
- Moderator (NamedTextColor.DARK_GREEN)
- Builder (NamedTextColor.GREEN)
- Senator (NamedTextColor.AQUA)
- Trusted (NamedTextColor.YELLOW)
- Player (NamedTextColor.GRAY)
