The tests for generation of bg_id in #601 set the variable eigenbedarf_gedeckt, which determines whether children continue to be part of a Bedarfsgemeinschaft or not. The variable should be calculated from comparing income/other transfers on the one hand and levels of needs / costs of dwelling on the other hand, though.
