BUG: Treatment of Bedarfsgemeinschaften with both retirees and unemployed job seekers probably incorrect

Need to find out which transfers are payed for a Bedarfsgemeinschaft in which one person is retired, but another person is unemployed and searching for a job. We currently opt for a simplified version in which Grundsicherung im Alter is only payed if all adults in the Bedarfsgemeinschaft are retired. This is probably incorrect.
