Add information about "Home Time"

We should add a Info dialog next to Home Time on the first Time screen. This will help the user understand how the Home Time is set and why. The dialog should read something like this:

The Home Time is set automatically to the current Timezone when we send time to the watch. For example, if the current timezone is "Americas/Toronto", the Home Time would be set to Toronto. If you travel to, say, Tokyo, and you set time there, the Home Time will become Tokyo. Same is true for automatic time adjustment. This eliminates the need to manage the city list on the watch.
