It would be nice to have a specific action for letting the phone ring using standard Android alarm / ringtone.
I'll create a working solution as pull request, which I tested with my CASIO GW-B5600 some minutes ago.

Great!
I also have received a request to be able to invoke MacroDroid actions. This will allow users to invoke an an arbitrary action, so I'm not sure if this would be a better way to go. I'm not really that familiar with MacroDroid, so I was going to investigate next week when I got some time
