OK, thanks for reporting. You did not describe the exact problem, but if you are running on Android 14 and using version 12.2 of the app, there is a known issue where you have to press the "FORGET" button with every connection. We are testing a fix, to be released shortly, but as a workaround, you can manually pair your watch from Android settings once, and it should work from then on.

I'm trying to collect some information about this issue in case it happens to others.
Could you tell me your Android version and phone make? Is it official Android, or something like LineageOS? Does your phone have a custom ROM?

It's a Samsung Galaxy S21, running Android 14. Completely stock - nothing customised at all
