Improve job duration formatting

As of v5.3, the duration in the job report shows upper units even if they are 0. For example, if a job takes 100ms to complete, the duration is shown as:

0d 0hr 0min 0sec 100ms

There is no need to show seconds, minutes, hours and days in that case.
