Hello, I'm interested to develop the API and help.
However, as hobbyist data player (others call it data scientist) I need some experienced developer proof/test my code.
Because I want to play with this API, I'm motivated to actively help and send pull request.
Someone please play a role of product manager and assign/explain the tasks.
