Add and apply orders

In "Doppelkopf" different rules apply depending on what happens before the first round. In order to make it easier which cards wins the round I want to create order sets. They define:

• what the trump cards are
• what card potentially wins a round over another (higher > lower)
• How one would order their cards in their hand

This does not take care of situational rules, such as:

• Non trump Club cards win the round over non trump cards of other Colors
• Special rules like "Schweinchen"

This Issues is resolved if:

• the cards in the players hand are sorted based on the order
• there is an order for the following rulesets: Damensolo, Bubensolo, Normalspiel, Fleischloser, Alle Farbsolo
