UTS app is not working

If I use the FakeLocation app, the app still prompts 'disables mock location'. I also turned on 'google service api support'.
I noticed another thing that can be useful. I also use PMP xposed module. It asks for my permission before allowing any permission to any app. whenever I open the UTS app, another app asks for location permission (com.google.uid.shared). I thought about faking its location too but didn't find any such app on the list.
