Add details to the wiki on using the VR controllers

The virtual reality section (https://wiki.jmonkeyengine.org/docs/3.4/core/vr/virtualreality.html) on the wiki should detail how to use the controllers (get their positions, click buttons, rumble etc)

I intend to do this myself, this is just me creating a ticket to commit against)
