Page scrolls width the jScrollPane at the same time

1. Open http://jscrollpane.kelvinluck.com/basic.html in FireFox 18.0.1 under
Mac OS
2. Move your mouse under some jsScrollPaneBlock
3. Start scrolling the wheel
Expected: Page does not scroll, before scrollpane move to the bottom
But: Page starts scroll at once
What version of the jScrollPane are you using? On what browser? And operating
system?
FireFox 18.0.1
MacOS
jScrollPane 2.0.0beta12
