Use this openml/OpenML#415 (comment) instead of what I did earlier.

Here is a nightly database snapshot: https://www.openml.org/guide#!devels
Now since the link works, I will download it and have a look. If I can find the data we need, it might be a "better" solution using this instead of our private db.
