Message for attempting to place something two blocks tall just under the height limit

Placing a normal block at the height limit produces an error message:

Attempting to do the same thing with something two blocks tall (such as a door or two block tall plane) one block lower, such that the bottom would be within the world but the top would not, does not produce such a message:
