Issue with Bartender 5

Describe the bug
When accessing the Menu Bar Items in Bartender 5, the OnlySwitch icon creates a massive amount of space around itself which then requires you to scroll around it to locate other items in the settings menu.
To Reproduce
Install Only Switch. Open Bartender 5 settings. Under hidden menu bar items or shown menu bar items, you will reach an empty space, if you start scrolling, eventually the OnlySwitch icon will appear.
Expected behavior
There should not be extended space around the OnlySwitch icon.

Note - quitting and restarting Bartender after OnlySwitch install appears to fix the issue.
