Add usernames

Currently messages are sent with a user's phone number as a signature. This will be confusing as our users likely will not be able to easily identify participants in a bubble.

• Somewhere in the site a user should be able to specify and edit their username
• Anywhere we show a user's phone # to act as a handle, display their username instead (fallback to phone # OK)
