Occasional Crash with forge mod loader during game initialization

What version are you seeing the problem on?
1.19.2
Describe the issue
This crash seems to happen occasionally during startup. Restarting the game again usually fixes this. Therefore, I'm not sure how to consistently reproduce the crash.
