archives directory should be cleaned out

I recently discovered that my 5 or 6 compilers in dvm were using 800+MB of disk space. So I wanted to clean out some old ones.

dvm uninstall removes most of the space. But the archives are still present. I think dvm should remove these, either after extracting or per some cleanup algorithm.
