Doesn't appear to work offline

Hey @jacob-ebey - first of all this looks so exciting and promising, thank you for posting this code!
I deployed your code to fly.dev and can't seem to be able to make it work offline. After I disconnect my laptop's WiFi, I can't use the installed app anymore. Is that expected at this point?

Hmm, appears to work fine on Firefox with the PWA extension installed. I can take my laptop offline and it still works.
I'm running into issues with Chromium though: Version 97.0.4692.99 (Official Build) Manjaro Linux (64-bit)

Must be some weird Chromium browser thing or setting perhaps, unlikely the code since it works in some other browsers.
