add support for new wing6 boss encounters

We need to add support for simpleArcParse to correctly label the new encounters, and add the new bosses to the encounter list in format-encounters.ps1

Pull request #10 should include enough support to get started, but it likely has an incorrect encounter ID list. Additionally, I am not sure how the boss2 encounter with multiple active bosses will be treated.
