Improvement: Add Role

Just my five cents for a little improvement. Should be able to be implemented with a manageable effort.

An additional role in the backend would make sense.

Background

The administrator is usually the programmer, since the appropriate settings have to be set.

A new "Moderator" role, which only gives a view of the threads, would prevent settings being changed by an operator.
