Am I correct in thinking we need to stay on Ruby 1.x and Capistrano 2.x ?

I have reinstalled, and found a Ruby 1.x and installed Capistrano 2.x with:
gem install capistrano -v 2.15.5

Sorry for the late reply.

I just released the 3.0 version which uses Capistrano 3 (and much slimmer than before). I only tested it on cake 3 but should work (maybe with a couple customizations) on cake 2.
