Identifying individuals and populations in qpas and selscan output

Hello Jade, thank you for developing Ohana,

I am having trouble identifying individuals and populations in the output files as they contain generic names (0,1,2,3,...).

What do you reccommend for inequivocally identifying which individual/population corresponds to each row/column in the output files?
