Bug Fix of all placeholder of Login page

Describe the bug
in your website at login page all the placeholder name is missing i want to added name to all placeholder to look this form decorated.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'login page'
- look at login form
- look at all placeholder
- See all are empty
Expected behavior
there should be proper name like name: Enter your name like this ..
