Given that Microsoft.Web.Administration is targeted at CLR2, do you really need to target CLR4 for your wrapper? I was going to use this, but I am constrained by the CLR.

Hi @oising, thanks for your feedback, having considered this, I think targeting to CLR2 is a good idea.
