How to get file link from dropbox to my php page ?
That depends on what you mean. First describe how you would manually get it, step by step. Then translate that into PHP code.
Additionally if the linking on DropBox follows a specific scheme (which I don't know), you might be able to know the link already in advance. To clarify this, you would need to create multiple links, obtain them as in the first paragraph of my comment and then compare if that follows a pattern.
Please take not that his issue tracker is for issues with Dropbox_Uploader. Dropbox_Uploader does not offer a functionality to retrieve the get file link you're asking about, so asking here is most likely not well suited for general Dropbox support requests.
