Rename `Full` annotation as `Platform`

Many people refer to the Jakarta EE Platform as Full profile and that colloquialism made it into our TCK code.
Consider renaming the following annotation to platform:

data/tck/src/main/java/ee/jakarta/tck/data/framework/junit/anno/Full.java

Also update the TCK documentation to reflect this change.
