Give the option to download the wiki .ipynb files

I was reading through them and had to copy and paste them over. It'd be easier to download them or if they are downloadable put a link to them in the wiki itself or the readme.

Hi, Thanks for going through the intro pyactr files. The files are available if you clone/download the pyactr repo - they are in the folder docs. You can also get them directly in wiki, there is an option to clone the wiki files.
