JupyterHub Error: 403 Forbidden.

We are unable to save, upload or delete files on JupyterHub. We have performed all the troubleshooting i.e. verifying config files and we have even tried to reinstall nginx server. However the issue is not resolved and no solution can be found.

I would suggest asking on JupyterHub help forums; this is an unrelated project.
