How install in localhost xampp?

Hi, can this script run in my localhost? When i run, the link to folder name "new" and "code" was not found, are you removed from setup folder in this repository? Thanks for help...

I'm having the same problem...I guess it's because of the 'base_url' and the 'code_url' parameter but i'm not sure how to configurate those two. Did you solve it?
