What's the license on this? I'm started an Instagram growth service and want to provide users with a dashboard where they can check the results of using my service. I was thinking that this would be an awesome value add to my service since there's a lot of awesome features that's been built in and it'd be way better than I can do even if I can scrape the necessary data from Instagram myself.

You can do whatever you want :)
But if you have an agency, you may be interested in the cloud version, it has more features, reports, etc. I also support the dedicated version, which can be freely changed.
