Limiting what each account holder can see and how many Instagram accounts they can create

When logging in as 123@gmail.com and adding A, B and C Instagram accounts to monitor, logging in as 456@gmail.com should not be able to see the Instagram accounts that 123@gmail.com are monitoring. Is this feature available in the free version?
